Who can be called as NV top inventor?

As I recall, the only ppl who really 'invented' anything were Tobirama and Sasuke.

Orochimaru just learned and improved edo tensei.

Sasuke invented kirin.

Oh, and Minato invented rasengan.

Orochimaru created his own dimension (!), immortality, S-rank Cursed Seal, perfected Edo Tensei to the point Tobirama's version is fodder. Orochimaru also invented a web of secret hideouts scattered around whole NV and didn't get caught despite being number 1 in Bingobook.

Orochimaru is the TRUE inventor with Tobirama being second.

The rest doesn't even come close.

while I cant even tell U what he ''invented'' his various jutsu & improvisations make him the most developed villain, completely independent of the plot.

Tobirama & Hagoromo didn't relly invent things that relate to them.
Hagoromo is just a universal answer to the question. ''what is magic?'' he is essentially a deity.
Tobirama ''invented'' Kagebnshn, after his brother was born w/ mokubunshin. ftg is redundant to the point of being paradoxical cuz of the generic property/utility its based on - Scroll/Summonings(see. DBZ{Capsule corp.).
