Had a cure to every poison, discovered how to grow a limb. Gave Danzo access to Sharingan's full power. Because of him Naruto has an arm, his research and work helped Tsunade.
Also, re-created the Sage's jutsu of transmigration after discovering a way of cheating death and losing his body. And he didn't have a Rinnegan nor Ashura's body. U_U
