ok i think itachi and minato are both strong ninjas, but to say itachi would hit Minato with a genjutsu or use susanno is ridiculous. Susanno will kill itachi and the sword can take away minato soul. but understand using it is a huge drain on his chakra. Unless you mean edo itachi ?

but they do sacrifice themselves for others. therefore, minato is a god

jk, i think anyone in my top 10 has the potential to beat minato. that includes, edomadara,jinchuuriki tobi, hiruzen, nagato,itachi,muu,naruto and sasuke, tobirama, third raikage. but i think minato is the favourite against all but the first two i mentioned, they're on a whole other level.
