Bee was defeated by sasuke who hadn't awoken susano'o, hadn't learned to manipulate amaterasu, and who had ms for 3 days. Itachi would beat him 0 difficulty. In fact, he almost DID beat him already without even activating his MS.

If itachi had wanted to kill kabuto, he would and could have. Itachi has never wanted to kill any opponent he's fought which means he's actually stronger than any of us have seen. Remember when he one shot orochimaru? That was going all out... on his deathbed... with no chakra left....
