Thanks It was actually pretty quick since im a fast typer. I did a top 50 because when I see those "top 50" videos on youtube to see people opinions, the uploaders list are always just ridicoulous.(?) Im expecting a little bit of flame though. Even so, thanks again.

God Tier = Someone who surpassed human limits, being able to create shit like the moon. Rikudo had this type of power with the chakra of the Ten-Tails under his control.

Demi God Tier = People who have enough power at there disposal where the devastation caused by their techniques requires the maps to be redrawn. Madara has this type of power with Kurama or Perfect Susano'o at his disposal.

Top Tier = Shinobi with insane skill/genius/potential that have hax'd abilities at their disposal. Uchiha have this power at their disposal with Mangekyo Sharingan, Sages have it with Senjutsu, etc...

Kage Tier = Shinobi with great skill/genius/potential that have very powerful abilities at their disposal. Mu has this type of power with invisibility and Jinton.

Could Barely Qualify for Kage Tier = Shinobi that fall between Top Jonin and Kage Tier. They have enough power at their disposal to fill in as the Kage of a village in times of desperation. Gai has this type of power with Gates for example.

Top Jonin Tier = Shinobi that have the power to be the top soldiers within the various Naruto world factions. Kankuro has this type of power with his black secret technique and was thus made ambush squad commander.

Thanks for the+rep. Nagato is strong but not THAT strong to be in the top 5. Definitely not. About naruto naruto and sasuke, their going to be equal anyway since they always become neck n neck througout the chapters.

Madara is indeed awesome Hes in my top 5 favorite characters. But nobody surpasses rikudou sennin with or without juubi...yet.
