i was thinking about who adopt orphan naruto after the death of his parents but got no clue ,bcz when his parents died he was just few hours old kid and someone have to take care of him so any one have any idea

i don't think anyone really adopted him, but Hiruzen give him a place to live and I guess was there for him (helping with money and food), he eventually got close with Iruka and than Kakashi.
