Description- This is the purest form of genjutsu, an illusionary technique which doesn’t even rely on chakra. Due to horizontal stripe patterns on the users arms it makes it seem as though the users arms are wider and shorter than they really are. This makes it difficult to block or avoid taijutsu attacks.
*Only HiddenShadowNinja’s bios can use this jutsu
*This jutsu is active from the second the opponent sees the user and therefore does not count as a move
*Must have horizontal stripes on the users arm clothing or tattoos.
*This jutsu must be posted at the start of the battle along with the users bio.
*It takes the opponent a minimum of 2 turns to figure out the secret of the illusion (after the user does any sort of punching attack.)
*Even if the opponent figures out the secret to the illusion, it'll still be difficult to avoid taijutsu unless they can figure out a way to judge the distance correctly.

Personality: Hiro is much like Neji in personality. He's very confident in his abilities, but is willing to admit when he's outmatched. He is a great team leader and always willing to fight for what he believes is right. However he is also similar to Sasuke, in that he has vengeful tendancys that can sometimes take over his thoughts and actions.

Description- An attack in which the user preforms two hits in quick succession with any part of his body. If done with a punch for example, the user would make the first punch with the front knuckles of the hand which neutralizes the hardness of the target, then the second blow, struck with the main knuckles, breaks the target before it recovers from the force of the first blow. This technique can easily shatter rock and even bone. The power of a Futae no Kiwami attack can be compared to one of Tsunade's strikes because it first breaks the objects natural resistance with the first blow, so the second strike seems more powerful. In reality the second strike is merely utilizing a punches full potential.

Background Info.
History: Hiro, a member of the main branch of the Hyuuga clan, was very talented from the beginning of his training. His reputation was up there with that of the Uchiha. To no one's suprise, Hiro quickly grew through the ranks, gaining his Byakugan and becoming a Chunin at 12. Before long he was promoted to Special Jounin, and Jounin soon after. Today he has obtained the rank of Kage and is feared by many for his mastery of Taijutsu.

The night of the Uchiha massacre Hiro's parents were visiting friends in the Uchiha section of town. They were unfortunately caught in the massacre and killed by Itachi. Hiro had just passed his Chuunin exam and rushed over to tell his parents, only to arrive in the midst of the mayham.That was the night Hiro awakened his Byakugan. From that day forward he trained relentlessly, getting stronger, and gaining any intel he could about what happened that night.

Shortly after his promotion to Special Jounin rank he overheard Sasuke talking about getting revenge on Itachi for the clans murder. After finding out it was Itachi and Sasuke's plans for revenge, Hiro kept a close eye on Sasuke in hopes that he would lead him to Itachi.

When Sasuke left the village Hiro was there, watching. He secretly tracked Sasuke and the Sound Nin using his Byakugan, getting to see every battle that took place from Chouji's VS Jirobu to Naruto VS Sasuke at the valley of the end. However, he chose not to do anything to stop Sasuke. What did it matter to him if Sasuke left? At least this way he'd get closer to finding Itachi.

Hiro tracked Sasuke all the way to Orochimaru's hideout. Upon discovering its location he decided to stay in the Sound village to train and learn new techniques, becoming a missing-nin. During the three years he gained great power and became an S-Class ninja. Hiro followed Sasuke secretly from that point on, having to carefully supress his chakra once Karin came into the picture with the formation of team Snake.

Finally the day had arrived and the battle between Sasuke and Itachi commenced. Hiro decided it would be best to let them fight it out to exhaustion and then eliminate them both, extinguishing the Uchiha forever. But after seeing Susano'o, Hiro knew he was no match. He watched as Itachi fell and Madara came to Sasuke's rescue.

After that Hiro returned to the Leaf village to train more in order to destroy Sasuke and to prevent him from destroying any more innocent lives of the villagers of Konoha. However upon arrival to the Hyuuga compound Hiro was forced to relive the night of the Uchiha massacre all over again when he saw the carnage of the Hyuuga massacre. Arriving after it was over he has no idea who could of committed such a cruel act, but is making it his personal mission to find the person responsible. After seeing almost all of his clan members dead Hiro gave up hope for humanity. He now wears the symbol for "Bad" on his back as a constant reminder that nothing good can come from this ninja world

Most recently, Hiro was sent on a mission to the hidden rain village. A ninja had stolen the recipe to the Akimichi tri-colored pills and Hiro along with his long-time friend Aoshi Nara were sent to capture the thief and bring back the recipe. While there they were told to meet The Black Rose Uchiha to receive special training. This mysterious woman taught them the use of rain jutsu before they left.

Other Hiro can summon Snakes, and also holds the contract to summon Bats.

Description: Zanbato is a massive longsword, that can only be wielded by those with great strength (Must have at least a +15 boost to taijutsu to use this weapon). Because of its sheer size and weight it can only be swung vertically or horizontally, but easily breaks rock and bone. When swung vertically it creates a shockwave along the ground which can create a fissure straight from the point of contact to long range. Also because of its size and weight, it can be used defensively as an excellent shield. It can resist any A-rank or below physical attack and any C-rank or below elemental attack. Though if it blocks any fire jutsu, the user is burned due to the sword heating up.
*User must have a +15 or more boost to taijutsu to use this weapon
*This weapon is indestructable, but can block up to 3-A rank physical attacks and 3-C rank elemental attacks before the user can't use it anymore that battle.

Hiro has trained his speed so much and developed a moving technique that only he and a select few know. Everytime he moves he uses this technique known as the flowing water movement, that can only be tracked by someone with a 2nd tomoe or higher Sharingan. This, combined with his use of Juuken, is the technique that earned him the nickname of White Storm as he quickly and silently moves from foe to foe unleashing a flurry of Juuken techniques.

Remove it. I'm not going to approve it otherwise. I don't understand how that the thing of Liliana got approved, however I know I wouldn't approve it. Goro's is completely different. He is blind, he sees through the earth with that jutsu, so he has a major flaw in it. You don't have any drawbacks at all, so remove it.

Hiro has used his Byakugan so many times and against so many various opponents that he has actually trained himself by memory to know exactly where each and every chakra point is located on the body. This allows him to use the Gentle Fist style of taijutsu effectively even if he doesn't have his Byakugan activated.

Sorry but that has to got too. Not because it's OP or anything, but because it's impossible. Those chakra points are incredibly small, so small only a Byakugan can see them. They are located on the same general locations for all people, however they aren't on the exact same spot in each human. We're talking about mm-work here. It's possible that you have visualized the chakra points of a person you have fought countless times, but that doesn't apply to other opponents as their chakra points are on different exact locations, even if it's just a small bit, it makes a lot of difference. The reason as why the Byakugan is so good with hitting the chakra points is because it can locate its exact location, without it, it's nothing more than gambling.

:| both removed. I had a feeling the first part would have to be removed even though they have similar things. I understand Goro's having it because his character is blind, but it also gives him the advantage of knowing anytime someone goes underground or uses an earth jutsu. Something he wouldn't be able to do by sight all the time. And idk how Lili's got approved either...but hopefully it won't be re-approved in any updates if my trying to do the same is declined

I do think the 2nd is possible by looking at the persons body type and all that, the chakra points should be in the same location and with training someone could accurately hit them. But oh well, it was removed as well.

As to your comment of "It's possible that you have visualized the chakra points of a person you have fought countless times, but that doesn't apply to other opponents as their chakra points are on different exact locations" because everytime I activate my Byakugan I can see my own chakra points, so I should be able to commit their locations to memory to do this even if I can't do so with other people.
