I woke up 5 in the morning, and my whole body was aching; I stood then washed my face. It was pretty cold but I still opened the window to get some fresh air.
I decided to exercise for now then bath later, I don?t know but I sure needed that stretch, it just seems that I slept on solid ground rather than my soft bed.
It was now 5:10, I took my bath; the water was freezing cold so by 5:15 I was done, fast huh? I then wore my white dress and simple sandals.
Time to eat breakfast so I took my sketchpad then went down stairs to the kitchen, grandma was there with bro ?good morning? I greeted, they faced my way then said their greetings ?where are they?? I asked ?oh they went out to visit old friends? bro said.
I didn?t really mind, they always go out early anyways, ?what?s for breakfast?? I asked sitting down next to them, I was getting kind of hungry ?here dear? grandma said as she gave me a slice of watermelon ?thanks? I said as I chewed avoiding the seeds.
?Granny, can I go exploring? I was thinking of drawing some views? I asked trying to make it sound real better draw some for evidence I thought. Granny hesitated before answering ?sure, why not dear? ?better be back by dinner, bro said we go home by 8? bro reminded me
I walked down the village I couldn?t find anything to draw, then I got to this fountain wow never thought a fountain could be here I thought, I looked around and found this bench, ?great now I can draw? I said to myself, it was perfect.
I sat there, and drew for a long time; kids passing by would stop and stare at me, by the time I was done it was 8:30 took me long enough than expected. This one girl stopped then asked me ?what did you drew?? ?My view? I told her ?can I see?? she asked again ?sure? I said holding up my sketchpad for her.
She stared in awe then said ?wow sis draws pretty well? ?thanks, what?s your name?? I asked, she was pretty nice for a stranger ?its Sera? she said smiling ?I?m Elli, nice to meet you? she stared at me, I don?t know what I did or said but still replied ?nice to meet you too?
She was pretty cute, her hair was tied up really nicely and she was wearing something like a school uniform, a miniskirt and a blazer. She smiled then asked ?sis wanna see something great?? ?Sure, where is it?? I asked back. She held my hand then said ?follow me?
We walked for a really long time, stopping by once in a while, drawing some rough sketches and such ?sis? Wanna eat? There a great restaurant I know near here? she said. Well, it was 12 and I too was getting hungry good thing I brought my wallet along I thought, maybe it would cost a lot but thanks to my savings I guess it?s alright.
We went in; it was a cute little dinner, not much people are in though ?come on sis, the same place? she said choosing the seats near the window the same place? I then sat in front of her, the waitress then came. She asked smiling ?what would it be?? ?The usual? Sera said she must be a regular ?how ?bout her?? she then asked pointing her pen at me ?oh, the usual, you do remember right?? Sera answered for me ?sure thing, be right back? she said writing up our orders.
She then came back, the waitress, ?here?s your order, egg and bacon, some orange juice and pancakes? she said placing Sera?s order on the table ?and here?s yours, pasta with lots of sauce and cheese, some fries, here?s the salad with French dressing and your choco mocha latte? placing mine ?if you need anything, call? she said leaving.
I looked at my food, don?t remember being here but they sure know what I like ?don?t you like that anymore?? Sera asked looking at me ?no, no, it?s my favorite actually? I said, she smiled ?then its all good, just the same? she said putting lots and lots of maple syrup in her pancakes. Kind of reminds me of someone
We ate our so called lunch, with her breakfast theme and my snack theme, we even shared. It feels nice being with her; it was like we?ve known each other way back. The waitress then came back, ?you done?? she asked, ?yes? we said together ?then see you two next time? she said as she cleaned our table, huh? How bout the payment? Sera then stood up, ?come on sis? she said.
?Ah?? I stood unwillingly ?how ?bout the payment?? I asked really awkwardly, ?oh that, its fine, it?s on the house since your back? the waitress said smiling.
I was ?bout to ask what did she mean but Sera called me ?sis! Come on, it?s getting late!? I just waved goodbye then went our way, we continued with our walk, I think we got out of the village.
She then stopped and pointed to her right ?there? she said pointing the deserted forest ?how do we go through that?? I asked it seems dark and there was no way through. ?Don?t worry, just hold my hand and you?ll be fine? I did as she said and went in with her.
It took a while to get out, I don?t know what time it is but it seems to be late in the afternoon, when I looked around I noticed that it was the same place as in my dream; the hilltop overlooking the village and the in the horizon afar.
?Do you like it?? she asked ?yes? it was real, I?m not sure if I should be happy or not, ?do you remember anything?? she asked again ?what kind?? I asked back ?something that happened before?? she said hopeful.
?No, I?m sorry? but I don?t remember anything from my past? I said feeling guilt of not knowing what she means she frowned ?you don?t remember, A promise before? How ?bout me or my brother?? she said not looking at me anymore.
?I?m truly sorry, but isn?t this the first time we met?? I know she?s trying hard to make me remember but I don?t know what she?s talking about anymore ?never mind, just draw this view sis? she said wiping her eyes.
?But I already have a sketch of this, I have two different sketches? I said showing her the sketchpad, ?how?? she asked amazed ?someone drew that without my permission? I said pointing at the sketch then paged it once ?and that?s what I drew ?cause of a dream I had? now showing her the next one.
Her face lit up, ?then wanna see the sunset before we go?? she asked closing it then handing it to me, ?sure I want to see it for real this time? I said sitting down on the log.
We sat and waited for a while, it was really beautiful; the sky was filled with gold lining getting darker and darker to crimson red.
