Description: The user will gather their black lightning chakra and release it around them. The user then creates lightning bolts, that bolt forward. These lightning bolts turn into different lions, creating a pride of lions, that rush forward, attacking the opponent.
Note: Usable 2x a match
Note: No black lightning up to A-Rank the next turn
Note: Must know black lightning, must be taught by McAfeezy
See the thing with this jutsu is the total creativity behind it. You can create the bolts to appear in front of you, but once they turn into the pride, they can either attack in unision or branch off and attack seperately. That's the advantage of this jutsu and also once you release the bolts and they transform, there is no need to hold any handseals any longer, you can move onto another jutsu. The actions that are going to be taken by the pride themselves was predetermined by you or can be intiated by the animals themselves like in the jungle itself. Like if you released this jutsu and intended for a certain purpose but it was defended by for say an earth technique that was intended to interfere with their approach, the wild-like characteristics will take over and they'd seek other ways to your intended purpose, like either jumping over the defense or tearing through it. Get it?

Description: The user gathers black lightning into their hand. They then manipulate it, causing it to become a spear of pure black lightning. The user then throws this spear at the target, on contact it will impale the target, while continuously shocking them. If it doesn't hit a target, it will expand, where it lands, shocking everything nearby.
Note: No black lightning or lightning techniques up to S-Rank the following turn

This jutsu is very useful. I took the idea from Chidori Sharp Spear and upped the damage and capabilities. It can do everything that it can do. You can create the spear in your hand and either throw it like the jutsu describes OR keep the spear in your hand and freely move around with it. The spear when create itself can be any measuremnt you intend for it to be inside the 10 meter and under mark. (from a few inches to up to 10 meters in your hand) This attribute makes this technique very versatile and useful in quick motions and close combat, creating a very small bolt of lightning that can kill if connected uninterfered with. Instantly if a few inches small, this bolt can extend to any measurement in the 10 meter mark in a straight fashion, causing this technique to be very useful. Like for say if you in close combat and you try to slice the opponent while the bolt is still small and they dodge by moving back, you can instantly extend the bolt catching them off guard and creating a deadly effect.
Now moving onto the latter part of this jutsu, the one explained in the jutsu itself. When not used in close combat, the created bolt can be thrown up to long range and anywhere in between and used for extensive purposes. Once released the bolt CAN be extended while in mid air if wanted to or can stay small for concealed purposes. Once the jutsu lands on a solid substance or comes in contact with once, it will grow and explode, shcoking everything in a 360 degree short range space around it. The destructive force behind the explosion can collapse a 20 story building, as known to do in Kumogakure.

@ First Bold well being a spear and allotting that spears extend straight forward and not curve, so that's why "in a straight fashion" comes in. The 10 meter mark means that it can extend straight forward or backward up to 10 meters.
@ Second bold when the bolt lands, it explodes, destroying everything around it, floor and all. I just used the term "360 degree" to give and overview of where the destruction effects. It also effects the air and random spots like any other explosion.

Well that's the cost for being able to manipualte it otherwise, the power is stored up in one short explosion that obliterates everything withing short range.
Ten meters being the point, because otherwise you'd just extend it up to Long Range and just slice everything which imo is Overly-Oped >_>

Then the user will make the tiger handseal, causing the ball to explode, raining several different jungle animals, made of pure black lightning, down upon the battlefield. These animals are giant and seemingly unavoidable. These animals aren't made to move, but to crush and electrocute multiple targets over a large scale. After completed, the user will faint and no longer be able to continue, unless treated.
