So Karma, in general, is a special last resort seal used by Otsutsuki used to prepare a vessel so they can basically reincarnate when a pair is preparing a Divine Tree. Over time the seal will cause the vessel DNA to be rewritten till the vessel becomes the og placer Otsutsuki and is essentially revived. White Karma series wise is when a Karma is placed on a vessel but they are semi rejected where the body is not compatible to become a vessel but the karma mark stays and still gives the user the ability to use Karma still.
RP/Series Ability wise both Karma can use Space-Time Ninjutsu and absorb ninjutsu (as long as it doesn't use a physical matter material source). In the RP normal Karma has 3 levels while white has 2. Both do increase tai and ninjutsu usage while in the rp White Karma gets access to Nesaku.
That is correct for the most part though the full details about white karma are currently unknown. You mentioned nesaku which is the ability granted by the otsutsuki who gave people white karma in our lore.
Post nesaku and break it down for me. How it functions and what some usages are.

Description: Nesaku is an ability derived from the original Ōtsutsuki who created the White Kāma mark the user has. Nesaku refers to a powerful special red, glowing, malleable energy reminiscent of Chakre Creation Tools that the user can manipulate from his body with Kāma active. While this energy does not require hand seals, it does require large movements and not small finger flicks. This special energy, while having no unique properties outside of strong damage, has special interactions with Natural Energy, neutralizing the petrification related effects of either form of Senjutsu as well as being considered neutral to it.
In addition to this, the user is capable of releasing the chakra he has absorbed via Kāma as a Nesaku replica. This replica functions similar to the original and deals damage equal to that of the jutsu he absorbed, unable to boost it's damage. In the event multiple Jutsu have been absorbed, the Nesaku will be released as a blast of equal power to the strongest jutsu absorbed with one blast being produced per jutsu absorbed.
Note: Requires Kāma to be active.
Note: Can only be used by custom bios with White Kāma active.
Note: S rank and higher usage can only be used 4 times in Level 1 and 3 times in Level 2.
This jutsu is kinda like Kinshiki tools creation jutsu where the users use Karma to create energy that is than shape into tools that users can use. The user can use the chakra that they absorb using their Karma to use this jutsu as well. While this doesnt use hand signs the user has to do large movements to use. User can also use this to release it as a blast. Best thing about this is that against NE it can neutralize the purification effects.
Personally would use this jutsu against NE users that try to attack using NE jutsus or even NE using weapons.
