2.5 times isn't that much when you consider how much more likely they are to be a violent criminal. not only that, a cop is 4 times more likely to be killed by a black man than a white man. So it evens out.

Depends on the exact concept that is being called out. If the focus is blatantly and obviously against another race that is unironic and not satire, then anyone with a brain could tell that it's racist and it's fair game to call them out on it. However, if you have to make mental leaps to make a connection between a focus and racism/sexism/what have you, then it is you who are the racist for trying to make that connection. It goes both ways.

Example:
You can't blame current german citizens for the crimes of Hitler and Nazi-Germany because "we" weren't born back then. Not even our parents. These crimes were not our individual actions, so they have no link to us.
