Invulnerable means that it's impossible for you to be harmed or damaged. No, Whis just made Bills go to sleep for 3 years, he wasn't hurt in anyway. No one damaged him in the Movie otherwise he would of showed fatigue after the Vegeta and Goku fight. He was only drained of his stamina at the end of the Movie and that was about it. I watched the Movie and he wasn't hurt or damaged in anyway so the evidence that i provided now is 100% correct that he's invulnerable. This technically also makes Bills indestructible (Not able to be killed) because of his invulnerability. This character is on a completely different level than past DBZ villains as Ki dosen't even work on him so DBZ villain logic isn't working with this character.

Of course there are many gods in DBZ however, Bills and his teacher are the only legitimate gods in DBZ because they display godlike power. Even the other gods like the Supreme Kai and King Kai where wetting their pants, trembling in fear because of Bills. He's the God of Destruction because he's the most fearsome god. He can't be injured because he's invulnerable. Plain and simple.
