Which Villains are still blatantly Evil?

So far all villains shown some background about my they became evil. No one borns evil nor good, their intentions changes by the life they live. But for this threads sake the most evil i knew would be Gato. He had a classic motive, money !

Why Zabuza, Itachi and Nagato are on this list? Itachi was not bad at all, only the story about Uchiha's Coup d'etat and their annihilation was going that way. Zabuza was headhunter, but still at the very end of his life, he asks to be at the same place as Haku. That means he is asking for God's forgiveness, and that is not what villains do. As regards Nagato, he showed his bright side after reviving all people of Konoha he killed during his Assault.

Ok, im sorry. I didn't spot that, i focused on the main question.

Something that one must understand is: This series was never really about good vs. evil to begin with. It was more about philosophical issues such as the problems with the world, conflicts in ideology and how to make peace. This is not like DBZ where you have Frieza whose just like "I'm gonna blow up this planet for no reason".

Besides: Kaguya and Black Zetsu are pure evil.

To be honest, Black Zetsu never came off as evil to me, he wasnt really directly "responsible" for anything. He just wanted to bring his kaa-san back :'<

He was religious. His motives are more noble than Gato's. Gato was being evil for Gato's sake. Hidan was being evil for the sake of his God. But he probably takes the third post after Orochimaru.

To me it's still Black Zetsu. He was an embodiment of generations of hatred. He is everything wrong with the ninja world.
