Wait till your bio gets approved and then apply to the village you like, if you don't plan on RPing then I advise you not to apply because you will be kicked out of the village, you have to dedicate a lot of time for your training so consider that before applying

That totally depends on you and your RP style. Go for the village you like, and state a valid reason in the joining app, as to why you want to join the village.
