That totally depends on you and your RP style. Go for the village you like, and state a valid reason in the joining app, as to why you want to join the village.

There all kinda different. Their communities are different.
You'll just have to find one that fits you by joining them.

I wanted to join Suna first, but I love rain so I picked Amegakure~
