which video card should i buy?

i have SiS video card but now i want to change as it is not pickin up heavy games like bf3 mw3 etc....a friend of mine recommended me nVidia GeForce 200....should i buy it? ur suggestions??

200 series cards? no thanks..

I'd say get something like a GTS-550 Ti or if you have a lower budget then get a GTS-450 which has a bit lower clocks than the 550 Ti, pretty good cards imo.. also has a DX11 support which is awesome for some DX11 games if you want to..

Don't expect them to run you everything on max @1920x1080 resolution, unless you have a lower resolution monitor, then you might play most games at high settings.

i own a ati 5750 1gb which runs mw3 on max settings but nothing like bf3, bf3 is on another lvl so is nfs the run both frostbite 2 but my mate has an ati radeon 6950 2gb, that card is Flawless
