i don't know but its between itachi and shisui, but looking that shisui's eyes where wanted so bad (had the best genjutsu) i pick shisui 
i mean shisui seemed to be bad ass

It's Shisui or obito, both are clearly stronger than itachi. It even states that Shisui was the most talented of the uchiha of his time, itachi was in shisui's time therefore itachi is 3rd for younger gen.

Sure he was strong but according to the databook, Itachi chosen as the spy because of his talent. Danzo didnt even trust Shisui, and the clan decided to have Itachi as the main pipeline... this should kinda hint that Itachi was the best at doing the job.
Obito freaking sky rocketed without a doubt, and yeah he may be stronger than Itachi.... but it's also A LOT due to those damn Senju cellls, it's not only because of his talent and skills,
Besides... given that Izanami is a way to stop Izanagi user... we could say that Obito is vulnerable to it.... Itachi has what it takes to take Obito on, Obito did say it himself after all

Obito is only the winner when specific circumstances are met, like Itachi not knowing a thing about him.

Orbito was the youngest person to awaken the MS, he took out 15 mist hunters, almost destroyed the leaf, through his actions killed the 4th hokage, killed half the Uchiha clan, can take on the full kyuubi jinchurriki at full power and has the rinnegan. He achieved more than any Uchiha besides Madara. Uchiha Orbito is a mad genius.
