He was introduced with the same powers, same goal, was written with Tobi's serious persona, Everything he did in the war was literally after Obito had done the same shit (Captured Bijuu, Become the Jin, Start up IT), Madz even had the Dual Kamui eye/Rinnegan thing going at one point, he was a clone bro.
