Part II Sasuke takes the cake for being reckless. Sure, he was reckless for thinking that he can overpower Itachi and going to Orochimaru for more power even though he knew that Orochimaru wanted his body. However, you have to remember that Itachi always loved him and would have protected him no matter what. I'm pretty sure Itachi would have effed up Orochimaru (again) if he succeeded in taking over Sasuke's body.
Now Part II Sasuke doesn't have the protection of Itachi and everyone (not counting his Team 7 teammates) in the shinobi world has a target on his head. Intruding the Kages' meeting that has other high tier shinobi was a Naruto like dumbass move by Sasuke.
