Just saying on a political standpoint that's a horrible idea. You could only be use it once every 10 years you'd have to deal with everyone's bs about poverty, world hunger, deciding what to fund or not to fund being a dictator of the world is the most unintelligent thing any human can do if you're a dictator people will be after your blood for power, people will reel against you, you wil have political and worldy enemies at every turn, KA only lasts for awhile but the bs of world leader is not smart. Even if you hire advisors they will become jealous against you and plot against you. Basically you'd be screwing yourself over on so many levels from an economic, social, and political standpoint. Trust me you wouldn't last 10 years in office to use it again. There are many other things wrong with this but it's too long a list.
