KA can only be used once every 10 years as stated in the anime so that's kinda not efficient. Kamui makes you blind eventually. Tiad sage mode preferably I'd use a lot more than just lifting weights it'd help me heal faster , I'd have a sturdier body, I'd be able to do more things physically inhuman which would be awesome like jumping from building to building or being able to bend things overall the five minute limit can be exceeded with time, effort and practice as seen with Naruto. Senjutsu for the win if I could choose any power in the world that would be more beneficial to me I'd pick narujesus's powers powers that'll be the coolest to have are lord sasuke's.
