IDK whether that is a unique tenseigan feat or rather just a tenseigan 6 paths tech, although I don't see why it would be different than the rinnegan's.

But Toneri's tenseigan would do the most damage as Sasuke's is Ameno and Madara's is Limbo.

Limbo actually does have a lot of potential because you'd be dealing with 4 more Madaras.
