Which Pokemon game/generation is your favorite?

I always felt the first generation was always way overrated, that being said my favorite is 3rd. Loved the Battle Frontier and contests ere pretty entertaining.

Battle frontier is alright but the 1st/2nd gen pokemon are by far the best.

I hate past the second generation. Yellow was my favorite though

1st, 2nd, and 3rd season are the best, after that the Pokemon started looking like furniture and food, and I couldn't take that. Favorite games are Soul Silver and Emerald or Sapphire.
