Well for one I hope tobi has realized that these were summoned by kabuto and has found some way to circumvent Kabuto's contol in some way. Although it would be really funny to have tobi show up to capture naruto and poof, all of them are gone. Another reason is simply to make the fight balanced.

But why will he win? What makes him better then the rest? In fact out of all of them he probably has the least chakara.

As for me I am not sure at all who will win. Tobi has jinkuri that can't die or be destroyed with upgraded powers of the 6 paths and MS. On the other hand the Akatsuki have these powers as well as other additional powers. Then agian DID YOU SEE that Riakage! in combination with the other kage Kabuto is almost unbeatable.

I don't think the Akatsuki still exist actually. There is only 2 members left, Tobi and Zetsu. All the rest are dead or edos.
