"jonin" sakura from part 2 is outsmarted and is weaker than part 1 genin like naruto or sasuke, obviously she doesn't deserve anything past genin rank, she doesn't care about teammates, loves the enemy and is ready to betray her village in one sec, she's a huge coward who sits on the spectator bench in every fight (even in the sasori fight she would've been killed in 1 move if chiyo wasn't there and if Kishi had no chakra left for plot no jutsu)
sure she has great strength, but strength is useless in a world where even basic genin cannot be ambushed since they detect you from a mile away, look at how much tsunade's strength mattered in a real fight, with it you're only able to destroy buildings or something, it's a nice party trick I guess

Chouji: chuunin

Rock Lee: Jounin
Tenten: Jounin(Weapons specialist)

Kiba: Jounin
Shino: Anbu/Covert ops
Hinata: Chuunin.

Sakura: Jounin (Undergoes training with tsunade no question.)
Sai: Anbu (no brainer)

Chouji surpassed his father, and is worthy of being clan head as of now, how is he still a chuunin?

Well if (more like when) Naruto becomes Hokage, I can see Shikamaru being his assistant/right hand man. Shikamaru himself will be a high class jounin though. If he gains more variations of his shadow jutsu and develops an OP "one shot" move then he'd certainly be at an elite jounin level.

Rock Lee will surpass Guy so he'd be the strongest of the bunch. Something along the lines of an S-Class Ninja (on Akatsuki level).

Sakura will train with Tsunade so she'd eventually end up becoming head medic.

The rest will be normal jounin/anbu level.
