Which of the konoha 12 is skilled and worthy enough to become anbu or s rank Jounin?
besides Naruto, sasuke and neji because he's dead :T_T:

Shikamaru: High Jounin/Tactician/Narutos right hand man.
Chouji: Jounin
Ino: Jounin/Interrogation

Rock Lee: S-Class Ninja/Jounin
Tenten: Jounin(Weapons specialist)

Kiba: Anbu/tracker for missing nin.
Shino: Anbu/Covert ops
Hinata: Chuunin.(even though she had character development, it still doesn't convince me.)

Sakura: Jounin/head medic (Undergoes training with tsunade no question.)
Sai: Anbu (no brainer)

I don't know how appealing the rank of jounin sounds to them. The only one who achieved it died.

Lee can use the gates...I'd imagine he would easily become strong if not stronger then Gai

Sakura is Jonin level

Ino isn't really Anbu or Jonin in individual combat, but would be more suited for interrogation...considering her control over Obito just a while back...she's good to go here.

Choji using that butterfly mode showed he is easily Jonin level...he helped down both my man Kakuzu and Hizashi

Kiba could be Anbu as far as scouting goes...combat he is Jonin

Hinata I think can be Jonin as well....we haven't been able to fully see what she can do. Twin Lion Fists just looks like it wrecks....

But yeah Obviously Naruto and Sasuke are pro....Neji was already a Jonin....and Sai if you add him was and Anbu member
