Which Konoha Shinobi learned the most Jutsu?

Just as the title implies... which ninja in the history of Konoha's many shinobi learned the most jutsu? I didn't add all of the possible shinobi of course, but I did include the 3 most notable. See below:






Hiruzen Sarutobi (3rd Hokage): NO BRAINER. It was stated that at one time he learned ALL of Konoha's Jutsus, minus Kekkei Genkei. It is unknown how many jutsus he learned outside of Konoha though.


Kakashi Hatake (Copy-Cat Ninja): NO BRAINER. With a name like Copy-Cat Ninja, you are definetally in the running. Learning over 1000 Jutsus with his Sharigan is IMPRESSIVE, more than any true Uchiha mentioned so far.


Lord Orochimaru (Vowed to learn every Jutsu on Earth): Alot of people forget about him. He is a true scientist/researcher, no matter how "sick" he is. He found a way to extend his life for the sole reason of learning ALL of the jutsu the world has to offer.








My Verdict...? = Kakashi Hatake, the Copy Cat Ninja.

Although Hiruzen learned all the Jutsus in Konoha, there are MANY jutsus outside of the Village. We dont know how many jutsus he learned from other villages. Kakashi has been on many missions copying all of his foes jutsus from past battles. Kakashi was an ANBU leader so he obviously has been on PLENTY of S Ranked missions and able to copy many of their enemies jutsus. And Although Lord Orochimaru has extended his life to learn more jutsus, he still hasnt lived long enough to make me believe he learned more jutsus than someone with a Sharigan that is purposely learning his foes jutsus.


Just my opinion. What's your opinion? Which Shinobi knows the most jutsu?

And Now it's been about 4 years past and the number of jutsu which he has copied is increased...

It's close between Kakashi and Orochimaru, but I think it's Orochimaru. Whenever he has spare time he is researching and creating Jutsu. Or being sick. And he has a lot of research\spare time for Jutsu. When he's not sick.

Hiruzen is my opinion, Hiruzen was told to have many jutsu under his sleeve, that he did.

Kakashi sensei only could COPY a ninja's ninjutsu, He did not officially know the jutsu. He could use it after using the correct seals however, he has not a large disposal of jutsu, that he does not.

Orochimaru could not use Jutsu at all after Hiruzen sealed his ability to use his arms to create signs to use ninjutsu.

My verdict is Hiruzen. That it is.​

But I have to say orochimaru being, the prize student of the prize student of both hokages & a scientist at that I can see him having knowledge at the very least about all of their techniques
But I believe his knowledge of jutsu far expands beyond his teacher & kakashi
