i was disappointed at Ino at first for being with Sai. But seeing Inojin now, I think, nah, the kid is good with ink. and I think she's Yamanaka Head now and Ino is pretty.
Not the biggest but Im a bit disappointed in Naruto. The Boruto plot is building up with Naruto having no with his family. He was an orphan, I cant empathize with what he is doing rn. And the Hair, I have to mention the hair.
Hinata, maybe just because we havent seen any changes in the Hyuuga. Then again this traces back to Naruto somehow.
Sasuke's hair, Nuff said.
Shino's decision to become an Academy instructor is really a big boost in his character.
I never liked Sai being in Team 7. He draws but it wasnt enough. Then he had Inojin, soooo
That leaves me with Kiba who I never really invested my time liking his character. I hope he comes through.

It's interesting how you assumed that Tenten's last name is Rock now, since we don't have a confirmation that she's indeed Metal Lee's mother. I voted for Tenten (we haven't seen a lot of change in her persona nor her life), Temari, (she was once a badass character but now she's become more of a house-sitting housewife and more like Shikamaru's mom. Basically she dropped the badassery), Kiba (No change in him whatsoever, based on the scenes we've seen him in), Chouji (like really? There's been no character development after the war. We don't know his backstory, how he met Karui, the most unexpected couple I'd say. I was Never invested in his character from the very beginning to the very end) and Kankuro (I can say almost the same about him as I said on Choji minus the couple part. He has been the same as he was from the very beginning of Shippuden).

I think it'd be downright weird if he wasn't by this point.

Plus Chouji's development was IN the war, he got everything he wanted from bravery, ability to save his friends and has a wife who loves him for who he is, something he was worried he couldn't have. I would've liked to have seen the romance too but it was pushed into the background for a quick Japanese language pun sadly.

Wouldn't tentens last name be lee and not rock, it's rock lee and metal lee so one would assume the last name is lee no? So ten ten lee? Although the writers seem to be going out of their way to not show rock and tenten together so maybe they're the edgy not together but still raising a child couple.... cringe..

Come to think of it, I didn't really connect Metal's Shuriken using level to Tenten, and thanks for pointing that out for me

As for Chouji, I do indeed agree that his character developed in the war. I'm just saying that we didn't get much about him after the war.
