its ok man we all hav our fav characters but from what we have seen it is A or oonoki. And when does it say that hokage have to kno 1000 jutsus. I hope she is strong too cos all the other hokages were insanely strong most or(2nd hokage) all of them were the strongest of the kages of their generations.

yeah i know it definitely seems like one of those two. i'm just in denial because i want to see tsunade show amazing powers in a fight but unfortunately kishi doesnt seem to have plans to show such a thing. the part about 1000 jutsu (skills) was stated in chapter 2 page 16 by ebisu.

naruto actually knows a lot of jutsu. everything he normally has + everything in sage mode + everything he now has in kyuubi mode. he probably has like 500 (exaggeration) variations of the rasengan. they are all rasengans but they are different forms and thus different jutsu. and if naruto does become hokage it will be because he is the main character. there are plenty of people better suited for the job but the show is called naruto for a reason. also naruto is easily the strongest in the village so of course he can become hokage without knowing 1000 jutsu. kishi contradicts himself all the time so i'd be inclined to believe that he would do so again for the sake of naruto. and all naruto not knowing 1000 jutsu proves is that there is an exception to every rule.

Honestly I believe either Oonoki or A I can't decide my head's stuck on another topic.

i say tsunade because she has the will of fire and that pretty much guarantees victory in battle, look what it does for naruto and the rest of konoha's shinobi. on a more serious note tsunade wins because:
1. physically is strongest kage besides A
2. has most experience besides oonoki
3. is fastest (dodging) besides A. is med-nin so is very skilled in evasion so we can assume she is fast
4. most intelligent besides maybe oonoki
it seems that most of the time people choose who is strongest just by how powerful they SEEM to be. since we have seen cool and powerful jutsu from other kage people just assume tsunade is weakest. however we have seen really none of tsunade's abilities. hokage's are known to be chosen because they have mastered over a 1000 jutsu so i doubt tsunade's abilities are limited to the ones we've seen. just because we havent seen all her abilities doesnt mean she doesnt have any more abilities. you dont get the kind of respect, praise, and reputation tsunade gets by being weak or just being a helaer. she is an expert in combat and is one of the best shinobi in the world. compound that with her immortality jutsu and she is a force to be reckoned with. yes other kage seem to be more powerful and tsunade seems like weakest and it seems like she would lose this battle but i choose to believe that tsunade is a lot stronger than presently advertised and has a lot of abilities up her sleeves. i say tsunade wins in hopes that she is a lot stronger because i would be really disappointed in kishi if she isnt. all that hype about her in the search for tsunade arc in part 1 and then kishi just forgets about her and never shows her true abilities. unfortunately that seems to happen to a lot of characters. i know saying tsunade wins is kind of foolish and ridiculous because the other kage SEEM like their in a different league but i choose to say that tsunade is on par with them in hopes that she actually is.

Then why was she such a scardy cat during pains arc. All she did was heal people and she didnt do a good job because most of them died. Then pain revived them all.

it is probably an exageration becos i don't think think any of the hokages had 1000 jutsus except hiruzen who knew everything from konoha.

she was the hokage she needs to protect everyone in the village which in the end she did a great job she wasnt a scardy cat and she was willing to fight pain in the end

You say she's the worst hokage ever yet you probably don't even realize what the great things she has done for Konoha.

In terms of strength, she doesn't come close to the other Hokage.

But during the Pain Invasion she put her life on the line and healed everyone in the village at the same time. Could any other Hokage do that? No. They would have gone out and fought well innocent people from their village perished. The casualties during the Pain Invasion were low due to Tsunade's legendary medical ninja status. Plus she used Katsuyuu to protect everyone from the Shinra Tensei blast. And because of her great sacrifice she was put into a coma. So you say she is the worst hokage because she didn't fight Pain, but if that's all you think a Hokage is measured by than that is just sad.

dust release only expands so far if the sand is all around him he would have to commit suicude using dust release around himself. but theirs a chance one of the dust release abjects will get gaara like i said its an opinion
