which kage should attack first?

i dont think madara will attack first because he is already high in mighty xd
here is my order

1. gaara should use his sand to- SAND BURIAL to bind madaras feet to restrict movement...
2.tsunade can attack forward-slamming her fist sending madara flying backwards
3.raikage can catch- with a RAIGER BOMB
4. mizukage uses her kenkai genkai- lava release with here water techniques to hold madara down
5. tsuchikage can rush in to seal him after pimp smacking him! xd

Too bad it's madara and the only one who can probably withstand his attacks is the raikage. Since madara has the rinnegan he can absorb justus so raikage will be the most effective.

Gaara uses his sand burial to bind madaras feet, then tsunade attacks forward slamming her fist, then madara uses almighty push and he breaks the sand and protects from punch then he uses susano'o to protect from raikage, mei and tsuchikage, then madara uses planetary devastation, and there isn't much they can do, or madara does everything up past susano'o then shows off with wood jutsu
