overestimating sakura is one thing. One does not simply underestimate Gaara.
In a fight between those two, Gaara only needs to pin Sakura to the ground with his sand. She isn't fast enough to evade it. Her punches can only blast them away for so long. One she's caught, she has nothing in her arsenal to escape them. She'll possibly keep herself from dying with the Yin Seal, but even that can only keep her alive for so long since she can't actually stop Gaara from squashing her time and again.
The hammer boy. . You don't even know what his strengths are, and you're already underestimating him? From what little we know, he can do long range kenjutsu, which itself couldn't have been enough to give him the Kage job. There MUST be more to him that makes him better than the likes of Ao.
Darui's Laser Circus, his Kakashi-like character, and his intellect have already been shown. Sakura can't beat him.
Kurotsuchi's case is also the same as 'the hammer boy'. You can't underestimate someone based solely on what little you saw of her ages before she became Kage.
This thread itself is a failure. We can only realistically pit them against Gaara, because he's the only one we know well enough. Even then, Ino, Hinata, Shino, Kiba, Sai, Sakura - None of them can beat War Arc Gaara, let alone chapter 700 Gaara, who we're comparing them against. Their known arsenals simply don't give them the opportunity to do so realistically. The only ones who have a chance here are Lee, Shikamaru (a big maybe) and Tenten (only if she can actually use the sage's weapons).
That is of course, excluding Nardo and Susky.

No, she can't punch the ground, because she'd already be immobile. Sakura isn't Lee, nor Sasuke. She isn't fast enough to evade the Sand. That fight would be over before it starts - Sakura can only keep healing herself, if she can evoke her byakugou, and that can only prolong the fight for so long until the yin seal runs out.
