These are the ones I like:

- Part One - Sasuke Versus Orochimaru - This battle showed his intelligence and quick-silver thinking in the heat of battle. And this has been the case since the beginning.

- Lee Versus Gaara - Pure and simple high speed battle. It shows Lee's prowess as an exceptional Taijutsu fighter.

- Neji versus Hinata - The whole battle is a metaphor.

- Sasuke Versus Deidara - Still the best battle in the entire battle. The height of shinobi strategy and probably the last time we saw true and basic ninja tactic in the manga.

Jiraiya versus Pain.
It was hilarious.

Holy Shit, Erin, someone here actually sees the light that Jiraiya's mug was bashed in by Pein and it was pretty hilarious.
