They're equal or Senju is slightly stronger considering it was said that the Senju clan would eventually exterminate the Uchiha clan if the fighting kept going on. I thought the manga made this quite clear by now.

Any proofs on why Senju is slightly stronger? Please, do give us a link of the manga chapter which "made that quite clear by now" ? If the Senju were the ones who will exterminate Uchiha, then why offer a peace treaty when they were "winning" ?

again, kabuto told him that he knew about the rinnegan, and said that it's the next step after sharingan, he then said him and oro did studies and came up with an hypothesis, this implies that he and oro knew how for an uchiha to get rinnegan.

despite this, madara still didn't know that kabuto knew that he possessed the senju cells, even though him and oro knew how it was achieved. he didn't know til kabuto told him later.

It's not a fact. And the Top Uchiha was not beaten by the top Senju. He purposely let Hashirama win in order to get a portion of Hashirama's strength.

Senju wanted peace. They didn't want to control the world. What you said is the exact opposite of what Senju believed.

Senju for a couple of reasons:

- SO6P chose Senju brother.
- Hashirama defeated madara
- Uchiha can only obtain great power by killing their own clansmen, senju don't need to do this
- Being an uchiha doesn't even mean you will awaken a regular sharingan, it is considered rare in the uchiha clan. The only guaranteed thing you get by being an uchiha is black hair and powerful chakra.

-He chose Senju brother because he believed in his ideals but that doesn't make the brother stronger

-Madara purposely wanted to lose that battle in order to win the war

-Uchiha can access the Sharingan without killing each other. Regardless, that's how they become stronger. Any problem with that?

-Sharingan isn't rare in Uchiha clan. MS is rare in Uchiha clan.
