Lightning blade, It's lightning. It slices through anything..All rasengan does is damage your outside.

Oh dear.....we have gone through almost 700 chapters and people still don't get how rasengan works. smh
Rasengan does more internal damage than external......u should know this if u remember the water tank incident. U_U
