In its use lighting blade. We seen kakashi end up behind people with that on multiple occasion. He would of one shotted kakazu if he did not have more than one heart. He did it with no one noticing at that.

to the head would be likely to kill a person as well. If the chidori misses a vital organ, it also fails to
kill. It's basically like a sword vs. a hammer. Both can kill a target, but swords are more based on

Look at naruto's rasengan hitting obitos mask. I believe a rakiri would of taken obito out at that point

Lightning blade, It's lightning. It slices through anything..All rasengan does is damage your outside.
