FTG is the fastest S/T jutsu we seen so far

i don't think it matters, even if kirin is faster after it's been launched, it still takes more time to get kirin set and ready to be launched
being compared to a instant lightning tech in a matter of speed it self is pretty bad ass, and the fact that it will take minato almost no time at all to launch FTG also is an important point that must be looked at
overall i think FTG is a way stronger tech regardless of it being faster or not.

Minato's Teleportation is FTG. There is nothing faster than Time/Space Jutsu in Naruto.
Do not apply Science to Naruto as if it will help your answer.
There is no logic behind it.

Its just plain and simple.

lol u can actually see the lightning ..but its too bright cuz our eyes would get blind . FTG on the other hand.. one sec ur here and the other ur across the country eating cakes.. so i FTG is faster
