You make the intelligent deduction like most people would hell i even did myself but then i thought well this is naruto verse and since susanoo was able to defend itachi thats basically saying that susanoo forming is faster then lightning and since by comparison i believe the time it takes to form susanoo is very similar to the time it took to fire amaterasu then by general logic.

faster as in which one can be used faster

if u mean wich is faster overall including prep time kirin does not even come close it take 3 days to prepare

if u mean once it starts going then kirin because amaterasu was doged by a human being which proves how fast it is not compared to kirin because it is impossible not even minato is faster then lightning the human body cannot move that fast no matter what u do
