It's been stated that Minato was faster than A because of that.

FTG, because it's literally instant. The effectiveness of the techinques varies on who's using them though.

The one Minato uses the most.

When you think about it, You gotta set the seals first to use flying thunder god. So in a sense, body flicker technique is more practical.

FTG is much faster. Watch his battle against Obito and you will see.

But body flicker would definitely come in handy more in extreme situations, especially if you don't have time to set seals for FTG!

Too call FTG "fast" doesn't even make sense.

Speed is space/time, time must be a a positive number
Instantaneous teleportation is space/0

So it makes no sense. FTG isn't about how fast it is, but how fast the user reacts to the transition of being in point A to Point B.

This is why Madara cut Minato's arm off. He reacted faster to minato's own jutsu then Minato did.

Great job comparing one handed Minato to Juubi Madara :|

Having two hands wouldn't make a different. Madara reacted faster to minato's own jutsu then Minato did. Plus Minato was in sage mode too, that should've increased his awareness greatly!

It's literally not instant....

In order to be instant you have to appear in a new location in the same time your still in your current location... Meaning no time has passed, ftg has never shown Minato to be in 2 places at once nor has shunshin so its clear its not, but its just so fast no average human/shinobi can perceive its speed let alone time it...

I hope Bolt learns FTG or sasuke teach it to him.
