Limbo is really the only thing favoring rinnegan, and that's mainly because they (MS/EMS users) can't see limbo. PS, kamui, or KA (shisui genjutsu) are all pushing sharingan abilities ahead.

i'm talking about genjutsu. as for the other stuff, while it may can counter. nagato himself is just one man, even with the summoning animals to watch his own back, he can only counter so many things at the sametime. this the problem these nagato fanbase seem to lack, just because nagato is STRONGER than his 6 paths of pain does not make him 100% better in the same areas those pains could do. this isn't rock paper scissors type of game with nagato having counters for each nin, it's more complex than that. you have to take into consideration of intellect, speed, reflexes, using several jutsus at once, counter to a counter, blind spots, weak points, range, stamina, distraction, power, sealing, terrain, most feats, who will likely strike first etc. people also seem to forget that uchiha's fight better when it's 1 on 1 (no bijuu help) they never take that into consideration.
