base rinnegan - 6-7paths unlocked, can use most jutsus, limbo

mangekyou sharingan- you can copy most jutsus, predict movements, perfect susanoo, double kamui, tsukuyomi, blaze release, kotoamatsukami, Yasaka Magatama.


edit: since people seem to lack any intelligence. when i listed mangekyou sharingan, i wasn't implying characters can do this. i'm saying YOU can do this. which would you prefer. obviously you wouldn't have all these abilities, just like obviously you're not uchiha and have no chakra.

edit 2: the reason i didn't add fullpower rinnegan because it's obvious it's superior. using base rinnegan vs those mangekyou abilities would be more fair and interesting to see who'd win.

fullpowered rinnegan is immune to gen, not base rinnegan.

edit: appearently that isn't true either. fullpower rinnegan can only stop infinite tsukuyomi.

Yeah, i was going to make it just one character vs base rinnegan eyes. but i wasn't in the mood to start a typical salty flame debate. so i just decided to allow everyone to have all MS abilities vs base rinnegan. i still think it's fair considering how op the 6path jutsus are.

and mangekyou sharingan is still sharingan and still do all of base sharingan jutsu. does that mean base sharingan can use tsukuyomi? no
