It depends for which franchise it is. I prefer the Naruto manga over the anime, where as with One piece i prefer the anime over the manga...

i say it will be a veru hard fight 4 naruto and sasuke cuz sasuke was so close to be killed by itachi and killer bee found it hard trying to kill kisame well i think naruto and sasuke might win but again kisame has the most chance of beating sasuke or naruto xd

I prefer the manga but the anime is good to help explain certain things and seeing the characters brought to life helps us understand them better i enjoy both really though
