With Tobirama, he does have one advantage - the mirror effect. If Sandaime Raikage has LRA active and tries to attack with Lightning, and there is water in the area, (Obviously there would be) the lightning damage can be mirrored back onto the user.
Minato has ridiculously good reactions, as shown vs. Obito and Yon-Rai.
Hiruzen in his old age would be wrecked and we know nothing about his 'prime'.
If your talking of feats, FTG or Rasengan aint going to be powerful enough to break his lightning armor or cause any serious damage to him.
As for tobirama his lack of feats and hype makes hard to judge.
As for Hiruzen, He was hokage during the 3rd raikages reign, Yet Hiruzen was the man to was dubbed a God of his time (I.e god of shinobi) and hyped up to be the strongest of the hokage, Obviously feat wise he hasn't shown much to defeat him but hype wise he is above him. Also don't forget enma who in pole form was enough to push a full sized kyuubi.

Minato could beat him with sound gen jutsu. Oh did you forget he could use that jutsu too? It's funny how everyone forgets Minato can summon Ma and Pa too.

Outside of Sage mode i don't think anyone has summoned them.
jiraiya said he was going to "Call on them", Yet he didn't do any old Summoning Jutsu.

Yea but Jiraiya didnt do just a normal summoning. He summoned them with them merged on his shoulders to use sage mode
Am pretty sure you could summon them like a regular summon if you dont plan on merging.

They would all have a pretty good chance you cant underestimate them and think they wont come up with somekind of strategy to overcome whatever disadvantages they're facing. I honestly think the one with the best chance would be the man who never actually became Hokage and that is Kakashi because kamui would have no problem

Minato can only win if he figures out that the Nukite will pierce his armor, other than that he loses.
Can't say about Tobirama, based on feats he would obviously lose but we need to wait and see him in action before we judge this match up.

2nd and 4th seem to have good cases, albeit on rep somewhat for the 2nd. Tsunade might be able to mess with his organs, etc, something that nullifies his toughness somewhat. In the case of the 4th we're assuming a little bit about what other stuff he could do. Don't see how Hiruzen could have, based on what he showed us.
