I ****s with kakashi...hes in my fav top 2 but he cant **** with the 3rd raikage. He wont get a kamui off. hed get blitzed and killed.

You act like Kakashi is slow he's at least as fast as Sasuke who kept up with the 4th raikage enough to use jutsu so im positive Kakashi would be able to kamui the 3rd even if he couldn't physically keep up with him as long as his sharingan does its over

With Tobirama, he does have one advantage - the mirror effect. If Sandaime Raikage has LRA active and tries to attack with Lightning, and there is water in the area, (Obviously there would be) the lightning damage can be mirrored back onto the user.
