Which Hokage besides the first could beat the 3rd Raikage?

other others extremely high difficulty, if not impossible. To think you can pretty much only beat him, with himself, is no easy feature... Naruto beat him by plot(talking to 8-tails). I mean, he frigging can tank a rasenshuriken.

Minato obviously....minato is faster than A and A is faster than the 3rd Raikage. Plus Minato has rasengan...problem is he would have to use it a lot of times on the same spot just to get a scratch...actually we don't know if minato knows any powerful offensive jutsu other than the rasengan...hope kishi shows us some new awesome technique of minato soon...

i think minato can.. as most of the kages wuld nt be able to catch to his speed but minato can... minato also possess ftg level -2 which give him advantage over raikage..

I say that Minato could probably do it. He's a fast thinker and could go toe to toe against him for a while and try to figure out some way to beat him.

Hiruzen might be able to do it too with some of the 1000 jutsus that he likely knows about, but its still unclear.

I don't think anyone else could do it or has shown any feats that could counter him.

Minato is faster than Naruto SM thus he would be able to defeat the 3rd raikage in the same way simply because Minato is smarter than Naruto. (I think Ero sennin said how smart Minato was before he went off to investigate Pain where he was killed.)
