Susano'o is active all the time while in a fight, Rasengan is used, though so far, I guess Rasengan has been spammed more, since Naruto knows it for a much longer time, but in no time Sasuke will catch up with him I guess.

When i say SPAM
i meant. They constantly use it. Naruto havent used it in awhile. he actually made several versions of it. all we see from the uchihas is mass chakra above them. smh. its getting tiring

both have been spammed relentlessly but i excuse it due to naruto having an almost nonexistant protfolio of jutsu techs...not to mention i like how kishi tied it in as a human version of a tailed beast bomb. Susonoo and the other sharingan techs get annoying because kishi hyped the uchiha as prodigies who could learn any tech within their affinity pool minus kekkei genkai, so why do we never see much more than the early use of big fire ball and then the only other non sharingan tech he uses regularly is chidori.

I think that the two techniques are spammed so often because Kishimoto wants to show us the extent of Naruto's and the Uchiha's powers. I still say that Rasengan is spammed much more though. I used to be so amazed evertime Rasengan was shown, now I'm like "Meh".
