Which Form of Madara is Toneri is as Strong as?

It was stated that Toneri was as strong as Madara but it was never stated which form of Madara he was as strong as. Some people say he's as strong as Final Form Madara.

However that wouldn't make any sense at all since Naruto beat Toneri with BSM and he didn't have to even have to use his Kurama Avatar while Madara was taking on Rikudo Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke at the same time in his final form.

There is no way BSM Naruto from the Last is even close to being as Strong as Rikudo Naruto alone.

It's stated that Tenseigan which is what Toneri uses is as strong as the Rinnegan so that leads to believe Toneri is as strong as Dual Rinnegan Madara without the Juubi because it would make no sense what so ever for him to be as strong as Final Form Madara.

Before people start saying Toneri splits the moon so he's automatically stronger let me remind you DC isn't everything in a fight and there are other factors other than who has more DC.

If his prowess was directly compared to the Rinnegan, then the Tenseigan would be equal to the Rinnegan, more or less. So, the form I am inclined to believe is, either SM Madara or Double Rinnegan Madara without the Juubi. Either way, Toneri would still lose as he lacks the warfare experience, battle intellect and the Juubi to compete with Prime Madara. Along with your reasoning as well.

Sm double rinnegan madara, Narutos base stats were still rikudou enhanced (made it to vote in minutes or seconds,survive falling from top of atmosphere,etc) and he's trained through the 2 years (in the war he only had little time to train to use bijuu power efficiently) and mastered one handed mobile rasenshurikens in base form and has moon level durability in Bsm. Just look at his feats in The Last he's like Ichigo when he fought Aizen (progression wise).The new Naruto is atleast on his base rikudou form from the war (the form where he rasenshurikened madara).Toneri also has little battle experience so don't call him fodder cause he lost to the op main character. That being said Toneri is on JJ madara (one eye) or sm dual rinnegan Madaras level.

final form juubi jin madara , it says that tenseigan=rinnegan therefore its probably rinnegan juubu jin madara ,besides toneri showed feats of cutting moon in half.........none of the characters in naruto showed anything like that

I would say Toneri is as strong as 2 rinnegan JJ madara feat wise . Naruto in last is much stronger than war arc so that it is difficult to comparee
