definition for the term is

In the English dictionary the term itself is not offensive if he were to be taken to court, it really wouldn't have been a case. Of course people in the English society today hardly use that term due to utter respect to the African American community.

The worst part here is English is Suarez second language, certain things said in other language don't sound offensive, but when translated in English it may. Suarez has came out and said he did indeed say the word, but it wasn't intended in an offsensive way, if anything 5000 euro fine and one or two ban would have been fine, but 8 match ban and 40,000 is quite a lot and if Terry doesn't recieve the same punishment except all kinds of things to happen.

FA just took Evra word who has made these false accusations in the past. It was Evra word over everyone else, no ManU/Liverpool or ref heard anything about the argument. The accuser was the witness also. If anything seeing Rooney getting off and if Terry gets an easy go than its clear FA is racist to international players when handing out punishment. Liverpool are appealing it as why we see Suarez still playing, but if they fail than he will be gone for even longer.
