yea that means you understand that the rinnegan was given to him by the only person who unlocked it and that was madara. but he only recieve the rinnegan. and becasue he is not of the uchiha clan his body decays quicker. still nagato cannot use susanno with his rinnegan thats why madara eyes are better. but nagato still mastered it..... in his own uzumaki way

i vot for rennigan but i think sharingan is powerful because without it there cannot be rennigan,and nagato who has it it is said that tobi gave it to him,it could be that tobi's sharingan morphed into rennigan and gave nagato,just like madara's own
