reason
1.it can see through wall,objects but best part is it can see through clothes of hot chicks.
2.it can spam laser which can pierce even iron barrior and cut half even meteorites and stuffs.
3.it can spam x-rays via his eyes and can cause cancer due to exposed radiation to anybody. lolz

I'm gonna go with the Rinnegan. If i get the Sharingan I'll have to due some messed up stuff to get MS, then after I get MS, unless I do eye transplant(who the hell is gonna do that for me?)I'll eventually go blind. Therefore, Rinnegan is the most logical choice.
