Depends....

If this were real life and I was the only one who had Dojutsu in the world, I would want Sharingan (assuming I can deactivate it). No matter how much you try, you are not gonna get any *** with Rinnegan and Byakugan. At least Sharingan with Uchiha blood can deactivate. People would look at you as a freak, and Sharingan has more practical uses with Genjutsu in the real world. I could hypnotize bank owners and become rich, or hypnotize a professor to get an 100% in a class. The Rinnegan would just scare the shit out of people unless I was like Madara and could deactivate it.

Byakugan would just be freaky.

If this were the Naruto world and everyone had powers, then I would say Rinnegan of course....
